Gemzel was created by designers from the whole world who share our vision.

We started Gemzel because we couldn't find well designed, quality jewelry and accessories, at fair prices. They were either overpriced, or mass produced with little taste for design. Today, Gemzel is discovering a new path in fashion accessories by merging industry expertise, a respect for design and quality, and a determined quest for innovation. With our growing community, we continue to gain inspiration from you, every step of the way on our mission to transform the way you express your style through jewelry and accessories.

Currently we are in a full-time quest for the best jewelry the world has to offer—necklaces, bracelets, earrings. 

To place your order, choose the product that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.

Your discount code can be added at checkout. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum while applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.

We currently accept all major cards.

No,  currently we do not ship internationally. We offer free shipping to all destinations in the USA, except Alaska & Hawaii.

Standard shipping on US orders is $4.00.

Once our fulfillment team has packed and shipped your order, you should receive a tracking link with your order confirmation. However, if you can't find it, you can use our Order Tracker.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order feel free to shoot us an email to support@gemzel.com.

Does your tracking say "delivered" but you haven't received your package yet? 

Start by checking in abnormal spots such as your porch, with your neighbors, leasing office of an apartment, etc. Every now and then the mail carriers leave packages in odd spots.

Occasionally mail carriers will mark a packaged delivered before the package is actually left at your shipping address. Please allow 2 business days after your order is marked "delivered" to see if it arrives slightly later than expected.

If your package still hasn't arrived and you aren't having luck finding it then please send us an email to support@gemzel.com or fill out the contact form here. We'll get back to you ASAP!

We have a large assortment of products stocked from our manufactures all over the USA, so in some instances you may receive one item before the next. 

Please don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at the same time, they are definitely on their way and will be with you soon.

If your order arrived broken:

Please send us an email to support@gemzel.com with an image and your order number  so we can send you a replacement!

We aim to get the right product(s) sent out the first time, but we are only human and mistakes happen! We are so sorry if we sent you the wrong item and will get you the correct item ASAP.

Please send us an email to support@gemzel.com with your Name, Order Number, a picture of the item you received, and a message about what you should have received. We'll reply ASAP and fix the issue!

Our jewelry was made with love and we hope you treat yours the same way. Gemzel products should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off! To keep your pieces looking pretty follow these instructions.

• Apply beauty products such as perfume, lotions, oils, hairspray, etc. before putting on your jewelry.

• Remove jewelry when bathing, washing dishes, swimming, washing hands, doing household chores, etc. Water can rust the finish and harsh chemical cleaners can be damaging.

• Protect jewelry from extreme temperatures, sunlight, chlorine &  salt water as this will dull the appearance.

• We recommend removing your jewelry before physical activity and before going to bed.
