CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUND

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you decide you want to cancel purchase made on our website, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase for us to be able to stop the order fulfillment process. In case the order has already been picked up by our shipment carrier, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order anymore and it will be delivered to you.

In most cases, if you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, we will be able to cancel your order.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 10 business days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in case the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about the different sizes on each of our products if sizing is applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    We must be notified before returning any items. Please message us your full name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. 

    REFUND POLICY

    Refunds (if applicable):

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

    Gemzel will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undelivered and returned to Gemzel.

    In a case of a missing package we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
